Editorial
My work has been published in the national press for over ten years (gulp). After starting out with content for teenagers and reviews in the music press, I now specialise in lifestyle, health, real life and parenting.
I love meeting real people and hearing their amazing stories. With a stack of real life interviews behind me, I’m well versed in the pitfalls of this particular brand of journalism and can find even the most impossible case studies.
I’m always interested in the latest developments in healthcare, parenting and relationship trends, and write balanced, thoroughly-researched and hugely entertaining features on these topics for the women’s consumer press. I have a raft of experts in my contacts book and a great nose for a topical story. As a mum of one, I have first hand experience of the joys and problems associated with parenting.
I also write extensively for teenagers and am keen to raise awareness about young women and their sexual health, careers and relationship challenges.
A journalist with a keen sense of adventure (and a few screws loose), I enjoy any challenge that will provide readers with an addictive and toe-curling read. I report my increasingly outrageous and unusual experiences with honesty, heaps of fun and (inevitably) hilarious consequences.
