Well hello and welcome to my virtual home.I’m a freelance lifestyle journalist, copy writer, author and broadcaster specialising in health, sex, relationships and fashion. I also write extensively on parenting and teenage issues.
My articles have been printed in a diverse range of national publications from The Sunday Times Style, The Observer, The Independent and The Daily Express, to Take a Break, Grazia and LOOK. I appear regularly as a guest on the BBC Radio London Late Show with Jo Good.
My first book was published in June 2009, and I’m working on a fresh and funny 'fashion bible' based on my popular blog, www.fashiondetective.co.uk. The media training courses I co-run are highly acclaimed, and the ambitious challenges I set myself in the name of journalism - from line dancing in Nashville to sailing with the world's greatest yachtswomen - get more exciting every year.
In spite of my experience, I still leap around the office like a lunatic when a new commission rolls in and relish every new project.
